? The person in charge of component application measurement test, ensure all component application within DDS product boundary.
? The person in charge of develop FIE component from platform product for China project.
? Job is to manage development, testing and validation FIE system (pump, injector…) components compatible with customer, system integration and Product Line requirements
? Conduct component application environment measurement according to Delphi specification. Formulate, release and communicate test result within internal and external.
? In charge of the development of technical features (defined by Development Technical lead) for new common rail High pressure pump/injector or sub-component.
? Developing and evaluating new design concepts and building confidence in new designs with a series of tests to ensure that the pumps/injector, and its components properties, are in line with the final application requirements.

? Bachelor or master degree on Mechanical /Automotive/engine
? Experience: 0~3 years
? Good English reading writing and speaking , CET-6 preferred
? MS office; MS project, CAD prefer
? Development engineering experience to a standard of independent responsibility demonstrating a combination of practical and theoretical experience – Preferred
? Ability to develop and present technical presentations to customers and others. - Preferred.
? Experience with diesel engines & full cycle engineering design projects.- Preferred
? Previous experience/training in 6 Sigma or applying Shainin or DOE would be an advantage – Preferred
? Experience in Automotive or Diesel engine or components field is preferred
? Be positive, conscientious, highly motivated, and willing to share knowledge with all cross-functional team members
