? Support product launch
? Assist in validation and implementation of engineering changes (CR) by supporting industrial trials at plants
? Support Analysis and validation of plant deviation (PAA)
? Supports product assembly, test, manufacturing and production in the plant at a product engineering level, to achieve all project quality and volume targets
? Support the improvement of end of line test (EOLT) and test focused on the reduction of false rejections as well as the improvement of the cycle time.
? Identify any product and cost improvement opportunities
? Communicate with and feed back to design, development, process, and quality engineers to ensure robust design and process objectives are met
? Contribute to the problem solving methodology
? Component technical analysis.
? Assist problem solving teams on customer complaints, and undertaking comprehensive product Root Cause Analysis

? Bachelor degree or above
? major in Mechanical Design or manufacturing/Engine/Automotive
? Minimum 5 years of working experience related with product engineering or manufacturing
? Experience in Automotive or Diesel engine or components field is preferred
? Familiar with Quality system and requirement in Automotive industry
? Fluent in both spoken and written English
? Good communication skill in multicultural company
? Be positive, conscientious, highly motivated, and willing to share knowledge with all cross-functional team members (quality, production, manufacturing and engineering)
