? Provide production support engineer to perform their production in UAP;
? Provide support for the standard work methods/on site organization;
? Provide support for training and validating operators and setters;
? Improve quality and productivity in the line as well as reduce costs and minimize risk;
? Coordinate with launch team to introduce new project.

? Knowledge of grinding process and machine especially surface grinding, internal and external grinding;
? Technical knowledge:
? Reading and interpreting engineering drawing;
? General knowledge of technical measurement, tolerance, machines parts; materials study, quality tools and gauges for dimensional control devices;
? Honing small hole experience is expected;
? Machining problem solving, familiar with Fanuc CNC program, tool and fixture designing;
? Develop working station instructions and provide on-job training to operators to ensure multiple skill operators/setters;
? Proactive, good team spirit and communicative skills to carry out cross-department project ;
? Be familiar with TS16949 (APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA);
? PC skills: MS Office, AUTOCAD;
? English language speaker for a technical dialog;
? General knowledge about the functioning of GDi pump is a plus;
? Travel abroad is required.
