1.Job Purpose/Scope岗位目的/范围:
Customer development, New Business Acquisition, Responsible for all sales related tasks like Sales Budget and Sales Plan for specific customer based on Huf process
客户开发,新项目获取,按照公司工作流程负责与销售相关的所有具体工作,如对特定客户的销售预算、销售计划以及其他具体工作
Essential Functions具体职责:
1)Develop and maintain a steady work relationship with customer, Monitoring and improving the Customer Satisfaction开发和维护客户关系, 监控和持续提高客户满意度
2)Participate in the development of customer strategic sales Plan.参与客户的销售战略开发计划。
3)Seek out and target project and new business opportunities, initiating action plan to approach and secure new business.寻找新的项目机会,并制定和实施相应的行动计划
4)Obtains and deliver customer RFQ (Request for Quotation) package, follow up with customers and communicate the status of new opportunities.获取并处理客户报价需求,跟进项目报价在客户处的进展
5)Collaborate closely with product design/engineering team on developing new products and services for customers.与研发&工程团队一起为客户开发新产品并提供相关服务
6)Coordinate activities and communications
